I continually hear of things I really want to see and do in Austin, Texas (I am embarrassed to say I still haven't visited even after living within driving distance). One among seemingly thousands of reasons to visit Austin is the Fritz Henle photography collection at the Harry Ransom Center.

“Rebel in the Making: Schoolboys Exercising, with One Eating an Apple” (1936) by Fritz Henle.

“Frida Kahlo at Xochimilco, Mexico” (1937) by Fritz Henle.

“Sailor on the Brooklyn Bridge, New York City” (1950) by Fritz Henle.
