Maybe Lindsey Bond will let me come by her cutie house in Birmingham. Or maybe I'll just drive around until I find it (in all my newly found free time).

AL

Love this cute house on Lake Martin by Tracery Interiors.

Speaking of Alabama.... Katie gave me the most awesome shirt from a print shop in a teeny tiny town near Lake Martin called Waverly, Alabama. Mine is yellow, which is even better.

The White House, chapter 2

Ok, so I've seen this fabulous house on every design blog, but I had to post it, too. Especially since I'm pretty sure I was on board with this white thing way before the rest of the world. Ugh, once again I don't get recognition for starting international design trends.

Zinc furniture

I guess zinc is having a moment right now, and I am such a sucker for a trend, but I love the look. It's a great indoor/outdoor material because it doesn't rust. Plus, it looks so great with the rustic, French look.

I saw Elizabeth Stanley's work in a recent Austin Monthly and loved everything. It's very fresh and modern and very Austin.

Fabulous photography from her website:
